Print & Brochure Design - Waterview Condominiums
Just recently Ford Design developed a number of different print media projects for Waterview Condominiums in Carolina Beach, NC. As you scroll you can view multiple elements of the advertising project. At the top you will notice a spread of the brochure developed to really capture the emotion of "rejuvenation" while living at the beach. The other projects displayed also do the same in their own way of expression with the brochure cover, the inside spread of the brochure, and the front cover of a 9x12 folder.
Ford Design was also responsible for designing a business card layout, a series of ads, a 9x12 folder with an amenities sheet, as well as floor plans, a map sheet, local attractions page, as well as a cover sheet. They were also responsible for a an eight page brochure that would fit inside one of the folder flaps. Basically the folder held all the sheets, a cover letter, business card and the brochure.
